Contract to Staffing

The employee is paid on hourly basis, taxes are withheld, and AespaTech pays the employer portion of taxes on their income. AespaTech uses E-Verify system to verify eligibility for employment for all new employees.
Contract to Hire
IT consultant can be placed on a contract to hire basis as per the client needs, giving client the opportunity to evaluate the consultant’s performance before committing to a permanent hiring decision.
